Procurement and Operations Support
This division provides materials and services to support the mission of IUB Facility Operations. Materials and services are procured, stored, and delivered. In addition, contract services are coordinated and managed with IU Purchasing.
Procurement and Operations Support:
Procurement and Operations Support develops contractual relationships for non-stock materials and services needed by Facility Operations. The storeroom maintains an inventory of commonly used stock materials that are required for the maintenance and repair of campus facilities.

Procurement and Operations Support, in support of University Purchasing, coordinates and maintains contracts with vendors that provide materials and services that are critical for Facility Operations.
University faculty and staff will use established contracts for goods and services when available. Policy 20 Detail.
The storeroom maintains an inventory of commonly used materials that are required for the maintenance and repair of campus facilities. The storeroom provides on-site services, self-serve access on-line ordering and delivery service.
The Assistant Director is the functional liaison for systems development and enhancement for Facility Operations.
