Heating/Cooling Outage: Heating/cooling outage for offices
Air Handler Unit 2 has experienced a severe failure of its supply fan, resulting in a complete shutdown of the equipment. Although the return fan remains operational, it is not sufficient to provide proper comfort cooling. This issue is currently affecting the second floor and the judgeâs chambers, with the possibility of additional areas being impacted. Unfortunately, the necessary repairs will require ordering replacement parts, which may extend the downtime. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
